Dog was Star
There you are, you cheeky monkey!
Perhaps you thought I wouldn't notice you here,
(sneaking around with that smirk on your face)
or perhaps you knew better.
I smelled you out, by the unmistakable aroma
of your phrases.
You, too, live on in my imagination,
and the fondness of my reality.
The finest of guilty pleasures are those frought with innocence.
If you can forgive my naÃvetà for just a moment.
But all kidding aside;
I welcomed the fragrance back into my memory
like that of baking cookies, or the roses in my mother's garden.
In the metaphorical sense, I am also one of those roses.
So, won't you be my neighbor?

I'm sorry this has nothing to do with your post, but I wanted to call you tonight and didn't because it was already 12:40am... Anyway, all next week is West Wing WEEK on Bravo. I saw a commercial for it and it's going to be all West Wing the ENTIRE week. How friggin' awesome is that shit?!

I know a certain resident of my apartment who might have to skip work all next week to watch the entire thing, if that's true.
That resident is not me.

I checked the schedule and it seems that Bravo is airing West Wing episodes from 11am to 1am Mon-Friday next week... so it's not the entire week, but that's still a good 14 hours a day of political humor and intrigue. Sadly, I'll only be able to indulge Tuesday evening and Wednesday, but I'll take all the West Wing I can get. Another thing that sucks is that they're not showing my favorite episode of all time, "Posse Comitatus," during West Wing week. What's up with that?

If only there were a way to acquire and watch multiple episodes of the show at one's leisure, perhaps in a convenient digital format. Come on, Science, let's get on with it already.

I don't think I'd watch the DVD's if I had them, just like I never watch the DVD's I have. I think it's because I don't have them on DVD yet that I like to watch them. Someday I'll get the DVD's, but probably only when Bravo stops airing it 4 times a day and all Monday night.

I'm watching "Posse Comitatus" on Bravo right now.
It's my fave, too.
